We have provided this presentation to better acquaint you with our timeshare vacation rentals.  We hope to demonstrate that your decision to stay with us will be not only be the right decision for this year, but like so many of our guests, the right decision, year after year.

Our studio suites, one bedroom, and two bedroom units have fully equipped kitchens
and are completely furnished with amenities that will make you feel right at home.

You can start each morning with a casual stroll on the soft white sand of Crescent Beach or maybe a morning game of shuffleboard might be your choice or perhaps a round of golf at a local Country Club at a special resort rate. Guests interested in sailing can launch a 14 foot Hobie Cat into the Gulf of Mexico right from the beach at Sea Club V or row a beach kayak to Point of Rocks just south of our resort.  Most beach equipment is available complimentary to our guests.  Wave runner rentals, fishing charters and boat rentals are just a couple blocks away.

Monday mornings we will treat you to a wonderful continental breakfast served poolside.  On Tuesday you are invited to our fun-tastic beach cookout where the food will be plentiful and the music by a local entertainer will surely make you want to dance.

When you are ready to relax you can unwind in our heated pool and Jacuzzi or you can while away the hours on our complimentary beach lounge chairs and be mesmerized by the calm, azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

When you venture out, you will not need to go too far to find world-class restaurants, golf courses, tennis, boating and fishing.
