Where are you located?

We are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Siesta Key, Florida. Take I-75 to Exit 205 (Rt.72). Go west 6 miles to Midnight Pass Road, turn left and go 3 blocks to Sarasea Circle on your right.

What time is Check-In?

Check-In is after 4:00 PM

What time is Check-Out?

Check-Out is before 10:00 AM

Do all your rooms have kitchens?

Yes, all of our rooms are fully equipped with full size ice maker refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

What amenities do you offer your guests?

Private beach.

Private heated pool and Jacuzzi.

Beach towels are provided for you at Check-In.

Enjoy free use of 14 foot sailboats, kayaks, and flotation boards for the active water enthusiast or just relax on the single chaise lounge with umbrella. Our beach attendant will be happy to give you more information on other available equipment by visiting him at the beach hut.

The Beach Volleyball and Shuffleboard is available for guests use. Equipment can be checked out from the office.

Start your Monday morning with our complimentary coffee, tea, donuts and bagels by the pool.

Join us Tuesday for our Beach Cookout. Enjoy being entertained by a local disc jockey while you're being served hot dogs and hamburgers, all the trimmings, soft drinks and more.

Charcoal and gas barbecue grills for cook outs.

Golf at a local Country Club at a special resort rate.

Do you offer maid service?

We offer daily towel exchange service from 8:30 am to 11:00 am Monday thru Saturday. Maid service is available for a nominal fee.

Do you accept Pets?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
