Enhanced Version Deliveries

The enhanced version is a Flash Presentation delivering the same information
as the standard version, except in a more dramatic fashion.

The presentations are both Audio and Visual with a professional voice-over.


Initial Delivery:   (initiated by the be-our-guest program)
An Immediate response to an Internet Inquiry, automatically delivered by the be-our-guest program requiring no action by the Resort/Hotel.
Confirm Availability:   (initiated by the Resort/Hotel)
Resort/Hotel would receive an e-mail Request for Availability from a guest, check availability for requested dates, login to their be-our-guest account to respond to the guest's request.
Reservation Confirmation:   (initiated by the Resort/Hotel)
Resort/Hotel would receive an e-mail stating the method of sending Deposit / Rental Agreement / Credit Card Data, etc.  Once received, the Resort/Hotel would login to their be-our-guest account to confirm the reservation and offer assistance in planning area activities through the be-our-guest program.
Interests Response:   (initiated by the be-our-guest program)
An Immediate response with checked items (example shown is response to a request for area Restaurants) is delivered automatically by the be-our-guest program, requiring no action by the Resort/Hotel.  This same information is delivered to the guest 3 weeks before their arrival date, again, automatically by the be-our-guest program.
Check-in Instructions:   (initiated by the be-our-guest program)
The check-in information for the Resort/Hotel is delivered 3 weeks before the guest's scheduled arrival date automatically by the be-our-guest program, requiring no action by the Resort/Hotel.  The Interests Response is also re-delivered automatically by the be-our-guest program.
Check-out Delivery:   (initiated by the be-our-guest program)
2 days after the guest's departure date, a "Thank You" message, expressing appreciation for staying with the Resort/Hotel, is delivered automatically by the be-our-guest program, requiring no action by the Resort/Hotel.  Included with this delivery is a Survey Form, Suggestions Form, and an encouragement to "Book for Next Year".
Come On Back:   (initiated by the be-our-guest program)
344 days from the guest's Initial Inquiry (3 weeks prior to the previous year's timeframe), the be-our-guest program will automatically deliver an e-mail message inviting the guest to return to the Resort/Hotel for another visit.
Seasons Greetings:   (initiated by the be-our-guest program)
During the holidays, a "Seasons Greetings" e-mail wishing a Happy Holiday to the guest of the Resort/Hotel is delivered automatically by the be-our-guest program, requiring no action by the Resort/Hotel.
