WELCOME TO CASA MAR: Each condo is individuallyly owned and rented when the owner is not in residence. The condos are furnished adequately and we want you to enjoy quality time while you are here. The owner will appreciate the respect and care you show their property.

ACTIVITIES: Located in the north wing of the community building are the following amenities for your pleasure: library, video library, high speed broadband Internet access and wireless hookup, games, mailboxes & magazines. Access to this wing is available until 10:00 P.M.

GRILLS: There are 4 gas grills with picnic areas located throughout the courtyard, and are for use on a first come first serve basis. We have them cleaned daily by our staff as needed. We ask our guests to please keep in mind that others may want to use the grill after you are finished.

TELEPHONE: Each condo has its own private phone line and number. All local calls are free as an amenity to our guests. Long distance calls, must be placed either by credit/calling card or by collect to your home.

TRASH DISPOSAL and RECYCLING:
   Trash: Anything non-recyclable is to be placed in plastic bags and then in-ground containers by each condo. Trash pick-up is on Wednesdays. ANY GUEST NEEDING ADDITIONAL TRASH BAGS, PLEASE SEE A STAFF MEMBER OR COME TO THE OFFICE.
   Recyclables: There are sixteen brown containers located throughout the complex. PLEASE READ THE NOTICE ON EACH CONTAINER ~ POSITIVELY NO TRASH SHOULD BE PUT IN THESE CONTAINERS. When in doubt put items in trash.

VISITORS: It is important for the safety of all of our residents that the office be advised of all visitors. You are responsible for this notification and for the visitor's adherence to all the rules and regulations.

AUTOMOBILES: Only one parking space is assigned to each unit. Cars belonging to occupants shall park only in their assigned space and shall have a visible permit/sticker which is obtained from the office upon arrival. Arrangement for a second car, or cars of a guest, must be made with the manager!!! ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE!!!

CONSUMPTION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Is not allowed in the pool, deck or tennis court. We have added 4 picnic areas located throughout the courtyard for dining and snacking. We please ask that guests use the trash containers in these these areas.

SWIMMING POOLS: Pools rules are posted at each pool. We ask our residents and visitors to please adhere to these rules.

FIREWORKS: Sarasota County Ordinances prohibit the use of any type of Fireworks in Sarasota County.

DEPARTURE: Management inspects the condos after each departure. You are expected to wash all dishes and cooking utensils and return them to their proper location. Gather up the trash and recylclables and place them in the appropriate containers. If you depart before 9 A.M. please lock the condo and leave the keys in the mailbox by the office.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Any items lost or left behind are the sole responsibility of the individual.
